YEIDA's Rs 300 Crore Road Plan to Transform Yamuna City

Heard a lot of folks worried about Yamuna City connectivity, especially with the new airport coming up. Well, YEIDA just announced a ₹300 crore plan to finish those roads! Seedhi baat, this is HUGE for property values. Better roads mean easier access, more businesses, and higher demand. I reckon this could be the push Yamuna City needed. What do you guys think? How much will property prices jump?
