Yelachenahalli metro line: will it really finish on time?

Okay I'll be honest — selling our big house and finding a smaller flat in Bengaluru is proving quite a task. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place anymore. We're eyeing Yelachenahalli or Uttarahalli for a 2BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr. Namma Metro Phase 2/3 extensions ka kya scene hai? Log bol rahe hain property prices bohot badhenge wahan, but will these projects really finish on time? Yaar, construction delays ka tension rehta hai. Has anyone bought near these upcoming metro lines? Is completion realistic, or should we just stick to existing infra for peace of mind?
