How has the recent metro and expressway development *really* impacted Yelahanka property prices? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa there. Is the price jump justified now, especially with the infrastructure changes? Which specific pockets benefited most, yaar? Not sure if the premium is worth it.

Bhai, you're absolutely right! Yelahanka has changed so much. I've been eyeing properties near Aavalahalli, and the prices there have shot up, but the connectivity is just amazing now. I think the premium is justified for the convenience, especially if you commute towards Hebbal or the airport. But for a 3BHK or villa, is it still affordable for first-time buyers?
U1, affordability is a huge concern. I was looking for a 3BHK in Ag
