Yelahanka New Town keeps coming up for a 2BHK, specifically Orion Projects. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game. What's the *actual* all-in cost for ₹1.2 Cr here? Builder quote mein basic price hai, but PLC, floor-rise, parking, club house... sab add hota hai. My stamp duty and registration estimate (7-8%) is accurate for Bangalore? Aur super area vs carpet area ka game, kitna farak padta hai final amount pe? Anyone bought recently near Orion Projects? What was your *real* total acquisition cost?
