Yeshwanthpur projects need payment plan scrutiny
Since moving into my Prestige apartment in Whitefield last month, I'm already thinking about my next investment property. My first-hand experience with the construction-linked payment plan was okay, but I'm wondering if I could have done better. Builder ka track record United Infrastructures ka Yeshwanthpur mein kaisa hai? Their new project has a good location near the metro but the payment options are confusing. Is a full down payment smarter for ROI, ya construction-linked plan mein leverage milta hai? Matlab, bank-funded projects mein payment terms kitna different hote hain compared to self-funded ones? For a 2BHK around ₹1.2 Cr in Yeshwanthpur, I'm trying to figure out the best way to structure payments. Kya kisi ko experience hai ki spot discount milta hai if you pay more upfront? Or is it always better to spread it out? Confused hoon.

United Infrastructures? Bhai, be careful. My cousin almost booked with them in Akshayanagar a few years back, but heard some really bad reviews about delays and quality. Location near metro is good, no doubt, but builder ka track record pehle check karo. Payment
Yaar, same confusion here! Yeshwanthpur mein United Infrastructures ka naam toh suna hai, but payment plans sab builders ke bohot confusing hote hain. Whitefield mein Prestige ka experience kaisa raha overall?
