ZAK Ivory Arches amenities: Are they just for show?

₹3.5 Cr for ZAK Ivory Arches, and I'm seriously questioning the 'premium' amenities they promised. The kids' play area is practically unusable most days, and the supposed 'community hall' feels like an afterthought. My wife's priority was a safe, engaging environment for our little ones, but it feels so isolated here. We saw all these glossy pictures, you know? Is this common with ZAK? Did anyone else experience this with their completed projects? What did you do about it?
