Zirakpur mein yeh naye flyovers aur roads se kya asli prices badhi hain, ya sirf builders ka hype hai? I work in real estate, but for my own investment, I'm skeptical. Everyone talks about the connectivity, but are actual property values reflecting that, ya bas paper pe hai? Konsi pockets mein real appreciation dikhi hai, off the record batao. Change my mind.

Bhai, hype toh bahut hai, but ground pe utna kuch dikh nahi raha. Builders bas connectivity ka naam leke rate badha rahe hain, but actual value for money abhi bhi dubious hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Ek builder ne toh mujhe bhi aise hi connectivity ka sapna dikhaya tha, lekin project abhi tak stuck hai. Paper pe sab gold hai, but reality mein construction quality aur possession date ka koi bharosa nahi.
