Under-construction projects in Noida are a total trap!
I'm seeing Swaraj Homes Overseas Towers and Aims Golf Avenue ads everywhere. Honestly not sure which is worse. Aims Golf Avenue looks nice, but heard possession is always delayed. Swaraj Homes is upcoming, matlab another gamble. Is it worth the lower price if it's just going to be a headache? Anyone have first-hand experience with either builder? Which one has better resale value down the line, assuming both actually get finished? Need some real opinions!
NRI stuck in Dubai, Noida property headache!
Since I'm based in Dubai, can't easily visit Noida. Aims Golf Avenue vs Paras Tierea...kya scene hai? Heard Paras Tierea is ready to move. Is it worth paying extra for OC? Aims Golf Avenue mein possession ka kya scene hai? Need rental income, so which one attracts more tenants? Koi batao yaar!
Noida real estate: Aims Golf vs Eldeco Edge opinions?
I'm based in Dubai and scouting Noida for investment, can't do a site inspection myself easily. Honestly not sure if ready-to-move is worth the premium. Everyone glorifies ready possession in Eldeco Edge, but nobody talks about the carpet area. Are we really getting what we pay for? My budget is around that range, but is the price justified compared to Aims Golf Avenue? Also, what about rental potential? Need a property manager sorted too. Is it smarter to risk under-construction for potentially better ROI, or stick with ready and accept lower returns? Change my mind, or tell me why I'm wrong. What’s the registry and documentation smoothness like in both?
Completed project PLC charges are insane. Prove me wrong
Just moved into Purvanchal Bhagirathi Apartments. The location is prime, no doubt. But the PLC charges? They were a shocker, honestly. I'm hearing Aims Golf Avenue is still under construction. That's a risk, but maybe worth it to avoid these crazy add-on costs? Also, I'm seeing better carpet area efficiency advertised for under-construction projects. Bhagirathi is nice, but feels like some space is wasted. What's the community's take? Under construction with lower total cost and better layout, ya phir ready-to-move with high PLC? Which one would you pick? Vote now!
Royal Residency or Aims Golf Avenue for investment?
So, I'm finally thinking of buying something in Noida. My parents keep saying 'ghar lele'. Honestly, I'm confused. I saw Royal Residency, which is upcoming, and Aims Golf Avenue. Royal Residency ka price is around ₹60-75L. Aims Golf Avenue ka toh mujhe idea nahi. I'm thinking investment mostly, maybe rent it out later. Which one would be better for appreciation in like 5 years? Not sure about builder reputation for either. Carpet area efficiency bhi matter karta hai, zyada usable space chahiye. Any opinions? I'm a first-time buyer, so I had no idea it would be so difficult! Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
