County 107 Penthouse: Is it worth the hype?

Hey guys, has anyone seen the video of County 107's penthouse? Looks super fancy with that rooftop pool and private lift lobby. 9 Crore starting price is kinda scary though! I'm seriously considering moving to Noida and this project caught my eye. Sector 107 seems like a good location, but is it really that great to live in? Anyone have any real experiences with Gulshan Group or County 107? Good or bad, I want to know!

Vasant Vihar Luxury - Overpriced or Worth It?

Guys, just saw this Vasant Vihar house tour video. Looks amazing, but South Delhi is always so expensive! I'm looking at County 107 in Noida by County Group. Anyone know if Vasant Vihar ROI is better long term compared to Noida? Kya bolte ho?
