First Golden Residency vs Resi Homes: Which one to buy?

Hey guys, I'm confused between First Golden Residency and Resi Homes in Noida. Both are ready to move, which is a plus. But which one offers better value for money? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? Has anyone experienced any issues with either builder? Also, location wise, which one is better connected? I'm looking for good connectivity to the metro. Resi Homes ka price seems fixed at 45.10L, while First Golden has a range. Which one has a better ROI potential, considering Noida's market? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
