ATFL Defence County vs Jaypee Pavilion: Which is better?

Guys, I'm confused between ATFL Defence County and Jaypee Pavilion Height 4 in Noida. ATFL is ready-to-move, which is a plus, but Jaypee looks more premium. Kya aap logon ko pata hai, Jaypee ka construction quality kaisa hai? I'm looking for long-term investment. Also, ATFL is cheaper, but will Jaypee give better ROI eventually? What do you think about the location of both projects? Which one has better connectivity? Has anyone experienced any hidden charges with either builder? Mujhe advice chahiye, which one would you recommend for a family looking for a good investment and a comfortable life? Not sure which one to go for. Please help!
