This emerging neighbourhood, which is part of Greater Noida, is one of the most promising inexpensive residential areas in the National Capital Region. Greater Noida West is another name for Noida Extension.

It runs from Gaur City in the north to Knowledge Park V in the south along the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road, and is divided into sectors such as Sector 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, Tech Zone, and others. The area, which is around 5 kilometres from Sector 121 in Noida, caters to the working class of Delhi and the NCR because of its low costs. It is flanked by affluent areas such as Noida, Greater Noida, and the Yamuna Expressway, all of which are popular residential and business destinations.

Noida Extension is currently home to a slew of software firms, educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, and housing complexes. Because of its infrastructure development, Noida Extension has attracted a large number of individuals from all around the city and nation. Noida Extension and its neighbouring areas have progressively grown to become the epicentre of business and residential growth.

The real estate market has risen dramatically as a result of this. The price for rental property is increasing at a steady rate as offices have resumed. Many a times the rental houses don`t have any amenitites with it.

With IT offices in the area many new commerical projects have started in this region. The IT hub of Noida is quite nearby fro the Noida Extension.

The locality is very close to Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and has direct road conenctivity to Delhi. Direct route to the Hindon River by road which takes about 15 mins. Noida Extension has good public transport system available with government buses and metro services. The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is quite near to the locality and has direct route to Delhi. Even though the locality has bus and metro service, both of the modes are quite crowded at all times.

New Parking structure is to be built near the Hindon river which will accommodate 150 vehicles. Installation of more street lights which makes the night travel more easier. Noida Extension has one of the best road infrastructures. The roads are very well organized with street signs at appropriate places.

Noida Extension has many people on the road at night time. There are appropriate street lights at every turn on the road. The police station is bit far from the area at 4 km distance. As the police station is far the patrolling is quite hard in this area during the night time. There have been few accident cases reported in the area but nothing major.

There are many good schools at close proximity frpm Noida Extension.

Noida Extension has many good clinics and hospitals in the vicinity of the locality.

The Sunday Market has all the daily essentials and is cost effective as well. The malls are bit far away from the locality in a 5 km radius.

There are many parks in the area providing good green cover. Many of the parks are too small which leads to over crowding.

The locality is quite clean and the local people makes sure that they do not litter their surrounding. There are trees on either side of the road making the temperature of the area quite warm. There are litter on the roads as many people throw away the garbage on roads. Due to the road work there is very high noise levels during the day time.

During peak hours due to many offices in the area there is some congestion on the roads.

On somedays the water is not quite fresh and needs to be boiled before drinking directly.
