India's First Real Estate Community

I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and looking to upgrade. Shortlisted two options in Noida. Dridha Alpha is ready to move, costing around 35L. A S Homes is upcoming, maybe 30L. I'm a bit confused. Dridha Alpha mein, at least I can see what I'm getting, but A S Homes is cheaper. But is it worth the risk of waiting for possession? I'm also wondering about carpet area. Does anyone know which project gives more usable space? Also, for long-term investment, which one is better for a 5-year horizon? What does the community think? Which would you pick and why?
I'm finally fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent AGAIN. I'm looking at A S Homes Apartment vs Dwarka Anamika Residency. A S Homes is cheaper upfront, but what's the catch? Dwarka Anamika claims bigger carpet area, but is it real? Has anyone verified? Also, A S Homes is under construction, so possession delays ka kya scene hai? Which one has better ROI in 5 years, considering everything? Honestly not sure which way to go. What do you guys think?
Since January I've been comparing A S Homes and MMD Provica. A S Homes looks cheaper upfront, but it's under construction, risky toh hai. MMD Provica is ready to move. Anyone got actual carpet area info for both? Also, which has better metro connectivity for daily commute?
A S Homes is cheaper, but upcoming. RN Elite is ready, but costs more. Possession risk hai A S Homes mein? RN Elite resale value sahi rahega? Help!
A S Homes is new, so resale value toh abhi pata nahi. Sai Upvan is ready, but carpet area kitna hai? Need lift and low maintenance, kids have moved out.
