Budget set, loan pre-approved for Ghaziabad. I'm looking at Aask Homes, it's completed and the price band seems okay. I know the market, but buying for myself, I want honest opinions. Kya lagta hai, Aask Homes mein actual rental yield kitna nikal jaata hai? Builders jo bolte hain, woh toh sabko pata hai. Iska resale market kaisa hai? Active hai ya units lambe time tak phanse rehte hain? Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai future mein? I'm thinking long-term investment, so exit strategy important hai. Koi buyer milta hai 5-7 saal baad? Yaar, kitne projects mein dekha hai, completed hone ke baad bhi liquidity issue rehta hai. Is project ka kya haal hai?
