Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 70 Mohali, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Already have a home loan so EMI jump ka darr hai. Looking at Ace Palm Floors Apartment, it's completed which is a big plus. But BST Green Bhoomi ka future potential kya hai, even if it's pricier? Kya uski 5-year appreciation aur rental yield better hogi? Not sure agar yeh price jump justify karega.
Honestly, I thought finding a 3BHK would be easier, especially with so many 'ready' options. My wife's priority is a good school for the kids and a safe neighborhood. We're looking at Ace Palm Floors in Mohali, the completed ones. On paper, it looks decent, but I'm worried about the actual day-to-day living experience. Is the community vibe friendly, or is it isolated? And how are the nearby schools and markets? Don't want to regret moving there if it's just good on brochures, you know?
What do you think? I just saw a video tour of Ace Palm Floors Apartment in Gurugram. They're showing properties under 1.49 cr. The video made it look pretty good, especially with the 'lap of nature' vibe. I'm curious if this project truly offers better value than other options in Gurugram at a similar price. Has anyone compared it to alternatives nearby? Looking for some real opinions here.
