India's First Real Estate Community
By ADANI REALTY
Sector 89A, Sector 89A, Gurugram
Sector 77 – I'm torn between Adani Aangan and Terra Elegance for my kids. Which offers better schools and hospitals nearby? My wife's priority is safety and green space, honestly.
₹65 lakh for Adani Aangan feels okay for a 3BHK. My wife's priority is a good school nearby and if it's safe for the kids. Is the community actually friendly or is it isolated?
I'm honestly fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked the rent again and I'm seriously looking at Adani Aangan. It's completed and fits my budget, but I need to know the ground reality. Jo log wahan reh rahe hain, is it genuinely liveable daily? Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Aur maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Sunne mein aata hai bahut high hote hain. Does it feel like a home ya sirf investment property hai?
₹65 lakh for Adani Aangan 2BHK. I'm in real estate, but buying for myself. Carpet area feels tight. How's the actual livable space and layout efficiency for daily comfort?
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 50, I'm eyeing Adani Aangan for investment. Existing owners, what's its resale market like? Has capital appreciation been decent? Worried about exit liquidity.
Gurgaon's affordable housing segment has been a mixed bag for investors. I'm looking at Adani Aangan for long-term ROI. Since it's completed, what's the actual capital appreciation been like since its launch? I'm based in Dubai, so a site inspection isn't easy. What kind of rental yield are owners truly seeing there? I'm worried about liquidity for resale in 5-7 years, given its price point. Is there an active secondary market, or is it mostly end-users? Any insights on remote management would also be appreciated.
Gurgaon keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for our family upgrade. We're currently in a 2BHK and honestly need a 3BHK for the kids. I've been looking at Signature Orchard Avenue 2. It's under-construction, which makes me a bit nervous about delays, especially with kids' school admissions coming up. My wife's priority is a safe neighborhood and good schools nearby. Adani Aangan is another one on our list, it's ready-to-move which is a huge plus, but the price difference is significant. Is the premium for immediate possession and established social infra around Adani Aangan really worth it? For a 5-year outlook, which project do you think would offer better appreciation? Not sure if the ongoing project's lower entry point makes it a better bet long-term. Has anyone done site visits for both and seen differences in actual carpet area or amenities? Just trying to figure out the best move for us.
Got possession of Adani Aangan in March. Everyone glorifies amenities, but gym aur pool quality itna great nahi. Society vibe bhi isolated lag raha hai. Is it just me? Change my mind.
