Hey Propmyna community, I've been looking closely at Adani Brahma Samsara Vilasa in Sohna, especially regarding its resale prospects and how it's performed since launch. This project, spread across a generous 74 acres, is listed as completed, though some units are still under construction with possession slated for December 2026. This mix means there are already residents, shaping its current secondary market. With average prices around ₹24300 per sqft, ranging from ₹2.54 Cr to ₹6.63 Cr for 3 and 4 BHKs, it's positioned as a premium offering. For end-users, the lifestyle here promises space and quality amenities. Sohna is evolving, and Adani's reputation helps establish a baseline for property value. The RERA registration RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/318/50/2019/13 provides assurance. Regarding price appreciation, early buyers likely saw gains as Sohna developed. For current resale, the market isn't as fluid as central Gurgaon, but consistent demand for high-end properties exists. Secondary market liquidity will depend on finding the right buyer who values the large living spaces and the Adani brand. It might not be a quick flip, but a well-maintained unit should find its match. My takeaway: Adani Brahma Samsara Vilasa offers a quality living experience. For investment, consider it a long-term hold for steady appreciation rather than rapid returns, especially given the developing infrastructure around Sohna and the upcoming possession dates for newer inventory.
Since January I've been shortlisting properties in Mohali, especially looking at Adani Brahma Samsara Vilasa. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or villa there. Already have a home loan, so the price jump needs to be justified. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas on paper accha lagta hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly hai ya isolated feel hota hai? Not sure agar yeh premium worth it hai.
The luxury segment in Mohali, especially projects like Adani Samsara Vilasa, feels like a tough sell for genuine investors right now. I've seen the price range; it's quite high. Matlab, at ₹2.5 Cr+ for a villa, what's the real capital appreciation forecast here? Honestly, I'm finding the rental yield figures quite low for such a premium property. Kisi ko actual rental income ka idea hai? Is the resale market liquid enough for quick exit? I'm worried about long-term wealth creation versus just holding a high-value asset.
Samsara Vilasa Gurugram ke connectivity pe aap logon ki kya rai hai? Ek video dekha tha jismein metro aur expressway access kaafi highlight kiya hai. They showed great metro connectivity, expressway access, aur nearby schools/hospitals. Clubhouse bhi kaafi grand laga. But video mein artistic impressions likha tha. Gurugram mein real ground reality kya hai is area ki? Jo log wahan aas paas rehte hain ya project visit kiya hai, does the infrastructure actually match up?
