Amenities like the gym and pool are there, but their actual utility aur maintenance quality... thoda doubt hai. Society ka vibe bhi itna friendly nahi laga abhi tak, sab apne mein busy hain. Is this project genuinely good to live in, or just good on paper? Change my mind.
