My lease ends in 3 months, fed up of renting. Checking Ajnara Belvedere Phase 1. My tip: always demand to see your *actual* unit, not just a sample. Heard many small issues show up post-possession. Also, how's the carpet area efficiency here? Koi aur tips hain toh batao. Hope this helps someone.
Honestly, the glossy brochures never tell the full story, especially when you're buying for yourself after years of selling. I'm looking at Ajnara Belvedere Phase 1 in Noida Extension, the completed project, priced ₹1.44 Cr onwards. On paper, it looks great, but I know what builders don't tell you. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? I'm trying to get a real feel for the place. How are the amenities? Are the pools and gyms actually well-maintained and usable, or just for show? And what's the community like? Is it a friendly vibe or pretty isolated? I'm tired of the 'super area vs carpet area games' and just want an honest opinion on livability here.
