Ajnara Enclave

Honestly, this upgrade decision is giving me serious headaches. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of a 3BHK in Ghaziabad. Already have a home loan, so trying to be smart. Looking at Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz and Ajnara Enclave. Both are completed, which is good. Is Migsun's premium worth it for long-term appreciation? Not sure if Ajnara offers better rental potential or a more active RWA. Any insights on 5-year investment or society management? Thanks.

Ajnara Enclave – everyone glorifies its completion, but for investment, I'm skeptical. Capital appreciation ka kya scene hai? Actual resale value kitni badhi? Rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? I'm in real estate, but need honest opinions. Change my mind if it's a solid long-term bet.

Good societies for empty nesters are hard to find, Ajnara Enclave caught my eye. Kids have moved out, need something manageable. Maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya isolated? Hospitals paas hain?
