Just moved into Ak Apartment last month and honestly, the possession experience was mostly smooth. But one thing nobody really told me was the actual carpet area efficiency, especially for a flat costing around ₹55L. You see the floor plans and think you know the space, but once you're in, the usable area feels way smaller than expected, especially the bedrooms. The advertised super area versus what you actually get feels like a big difference in daily life. I wish I'd measured every corner during site visits, not just looked at the overall layout. It's a huge factor for daily livability, affecting furniture placement and everything. Did anyone else feel this with their Ak Apartment flats or other Delhi properties? Any tips on how to properly verify this during site visits, beyond just trusting the plans? This is a crucial detail I missed.
Not proud of this, but the Ak Apartment possession experience wasn't smooth. I just moved into my 1BHK last month. Builder ne bola tha sab set ho jayega, but bahut finishing issues they, especially bathroom fittings. Abhi bhi kuch cheezein pending hain, team ko follow-up karna pad raha hai constantly. Daily life toh theek hai, nearby market aur schools hain, which is convenient. But society mein maintenance kaafi slow hai. Kya ye sab societies mein common hai after possession? Has anyone else faced this with Ak Apartment?
₹55 lakh for Ak Apartment seemed okay on paper, but after living here for three months, I'm questioning if it's genuinely good. Everyone talks about the amenities, but honestly, the gym is always packed and the 'community hall' is just a glorified room. Is anyone else finding the society vibe a bit isolated? Or am I just expecting too much from a completed project? Change my mind.
Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, thinking of upgrading. New Delhi mein, Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket N Dilshad Garden aur Ak Apartment dekh raha hoon. Ak Apartment toh completed hai, but Swaraj Homes being RWA, kya usme total cost of ownership, like maintenance and other charges, significantly kam padta hai? Also, for 5-year appreciation, which one seems like a better investment? Is the price difference justified? Honestly not sure.
