Alok Vihar II — I'm so fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Looking at a 2BHK here, my budget is around ₹70L. But is it genuinely good for daily living? Heard some stories about possession issues. What was your actual experience after moving in? Are schools and markets really close by or just on paper?

Alok Vihar II — been looking at this project for a smaller place. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big house anymore. Selling the old one. Is this place actually good for daily living, ya bas on paper acha lagta hai? Especially interested in the maintenance charges and nearby hospitals. Society ka vibe kaisa hai? Want something manageable, you know.
