Hey fellow Propmyna members, I've been looking into Amara Victoy Floors in Sohna, specifically from a daily commute and lifestyle perspective. This project, by 4S Developers, is already completed, which is a plus for immediate move-ins. Located in Sector 70A, near the Golf Course Extension Road, its primary advantage for road connectivity is its access to this major artery. This links it to parts of Gurgaon fairly well, but it's still Sohna. When we talk about metro access, that's where the picture gets a bit hazy. Sohna doesn't have direct metro connectivity. The nearest stations would be quite a drive into Gurgaon, adding significant time to any metro-based commute. For those working in Cyber City or other major business hubs in Gurgaon, expect a daily drive that could easily stretch to an hour or more, depending on traffic, especially during peak hours. This impacts the practical livability for working professionals. At a price point of ₹2.10 Cr and an average of ₹11160 per sqft, for a Sohna property, the connectivity aspect really needs to be weighed. While the Golf Course Extension Road offers good road access, the distance from metro and major business hubs means a car-dependent lifestyle is essential. For end-users prioritizing a quieter life away from the city hustle, and who don't mind the commute, it might work. However, for daily commuters to Gurgaon's business hubs, be prepared for substantial travel time.
