Not proud of this but I'm finally done with renting. Landlord hiked rent again. Considering Amberstone Illumina. For an investor, is long-term construction quality more important for resale, or fancy amenities for tenant attraction?
Under-construction projects mein invest karna thoda risky lagta hai, but Amberstone Illumina ka location theek lag raha hai. My budget is around ₹1 Cr, so this fits. We're upgrading for our growing family, need a 3BHK for sure. Kids ke school admissions aur safety sabse badi priority hai. Is this project genuinely good to live in daily, ya bas paper pe accha hai? Builders ki amenity list toh lambi hoti hai, but kaunsi amenities actually useful hain for families? Like, pool, gym toh theek hai, par kids play area, community vibe kaisa hai? Neighbourhood mein schools aur hospitals kitne paas hain? Any current residents ya jinhone site visit kiya hai, please share your thoughts. Not sure if it's the right move for long-term family living...
₹79.68 L for Amberstone Illumina 2BHK. Is the capital appreciation forecast actually real? What's the rental yield? Builder's delivery track record worries me for ROI. Any investors here with actual experiences?
