Been looking for a year, buying for myself is different. Ambience Tiverton ka 3BHK dekh raha hun. Carpet area efficiency pe doubt hai. What's the actual usable space? Neighbourhood mein schools kids ke liye sahi hain? Community vibe kaisi hai?
Moved into Ambience Tiverton in March, aur honestly, the 'luxury' is mostly on paper. Everyone glorifies the amenities but half of them feel like show-off. Gym equipment basic hai for the premium price. Daily living mein, quality theek hai but not what I expected. Noise levels bhi zyada lagte hain. Is it just me? Change my mind.
Okay I'll be honest — I'm seriously considering Ambience Tiverton but the price range has me second-guessing. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, already have a home loan, so this upgrade to a 3BHK or villa needs solid ROI. For a ready-to-move property in the ₹4-9 Cr bracket, is the rental yield actually decent in Noida Extension? I'm worried about it becoming a 'ghost society' if the investor ratio is too high, affecting future resale liquidity. What's the real capital appreciation potential here over the next 5-7 years? Has anyone seen a good price trend since its launch? Market mein kitna demand hai for these high-end units? Want to understand the exit strategy better. Is the premium justified given other options? Any owners or agents here who can share ground reality?

Is the price jump worth it, ya? I mean, we're talking crores vs. lakhs. Realtyvision 4th Avenue is cheaper, but what about the carpet area? Is it actually usable? Tiverton mein you get bigger space, but is it just 'show' and not practical? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor.
