Been looking for a year, buying for myself is different. Ambience Tiverton ka 3BHK dekh raha hun. Carpet area efficiency pe doubt hai. What's the actual usable space? Neighbourhood mein schools kids ke liye sahi hain? Community vibe kaisi hai?

Has anyone seen a good price trend since its launch? Market mein kitna demand hai for these high-end units? Want to understand the exit strategy better. Is the premium justified given other options?
