The brochure photos for Ambika JV Anjanadri are seriously misleading, I'm finding out. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Marathahalli, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK and this place looked decent. But the actual carpet area for the 3BHKs feels way smaller than what they showed, especially the living room and second bedroom. It's like they used wide-angle lenses or something for the floor plans. The kitchen also feels cramped, not like the spaciousness implied. Honestly, I'm wondering if it's genuinely good to live in daily or just looks good on paper. The price jump for a 3BHK isn't small, and I'm already carrying a home loan. Is this premium even justified for such inefficient layouts? Anyone else feel like the actual apartment layout is a bit of a letdown after moving in?
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Bangalore from Dubai. Can't do site visits, so relying on you all. Looking at Prestige Ferns Residency (₹1.90 Cr+) and Ambika JV Anjanadri Layout (₹29.99 L+). Both completed, which is good. My main concern is rental potential and floor plan efficiency for tenants. Also, resale market for these projects, long term mein kaisa hai? Prestige ka maintenance high hoga, Ambika ka shayad kam. What's your take on these two for an NRI investor? Which one makes more sense?
Been looking for 8 months now, it's getting exhausting. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Confused between Ambika JV Anjanadri (₹29.99L) and Fusion 4 Oyster (₹1.10 Cr). What's the real total cost of ownership for both, including hidden charges like PLC or OC? Also, rental potential kiska better hai for an NRI investor?
Did a site visit to Ambika JV Anjanadri and Jai Gardenia last weekend. I'm in a 2BHK, looking to upgrade. While checking carpet area, I found builder's 'super built-up' can seriously inflate costs. Jai Gardenia ki carpet area efficiency achi lagi, but Ambika JV ready hai. Already home loan hai. 5-year appreciation ke liye kaunsa better investment? Always check actual usable space, not just brochure numbers. Hope this helps someone.
Since last Diwali I've been seriously looking for my own flat. Ambika JV Anjanadri Layout mein amenities ka kya scene hai? Carpet area kitna efficient hai for daily living? Need real resident feedback, I know builder tricks.
Did a deep dive into Ambika JV Anjanadri Layout this week. Project is completed, units are in the ₹30-60L range. My main concern is long-term ROI. Has anyone tracked its capital appreciation post-completion? The data I'm seeing suggests a decent initial bump, but not sure about consistent growth. Kya actual rental yield 3-4% tak jaa raha hai wahaan? Current listings show rentals around ₹10-15k, which seems low for the investment. Also, what about the resale market liquidity? Agar 5 saal mein exit karna ho, is it easy to find buyers? Investors ka experience kaisa raha hai is project mein? Any insights on exit strategies would be helpful. I've seen similar projects with stagnant resale value after initial appreciation. Hope this discussion helps other investors.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck between SVN Green Nest and Ambika JV Anjanadri. I work in RE, but buying myself, it's a different ballgame. SVN upcoming hai, Ambika toh completed hai. Not sure if the under-construction gamble for SVN Green Nest is worth it for potential appreciation? Ambika JV Anjanadri ka final cost, matlab registration, stamp duty sab mila ke kitna aata hai? For SVN, I know the PLC and hidden costs can be high. What's the real total cost of ownership for both? Koi experience share kar sakta hai?
