Amrapali Enchante ka ₹75 lakh price tag for a 2BHK is making me think hard about investing. I'm fed up of renting, want to put money into equity. Builder ka past delivery record thoda dicey raha hai, toh Enchante time pe complete hoga kya? Also, Greater Noida mein rental yield kitna realistic hai for these projects? Resale market mein exit karna easy hoga ya phans jayenge? Koi real experiences share karo please.

Amrapali Enchante ka actual livability kaafi doubt mein hai mere liye. Currently main 2BHK mein hoon, soch raha 3BHK upgrade karoon. ₹80L+ mein kya floor plan aur carpet area efficient hai? Daily convenience ke liye nearby schools aur market ka kya scene hai, families ke liye? Itna price jump worth it hoga kya?
