For ongoing projects like AU Arihant Enclave, you're taking a big gamble on the investor vs. end-user ratio. If it's mostly investors, the place can feel empty, like a ghost town, even after possession. Things like common area maintenance and security can suffer. This is a huge factor for daily life, not just resale. Should've focused more on this. Anyone else feel this, or have tips for checking this before buying under-construction?
