₹78 lakh for a 3BHK in Apex Acacia Valley is what I'm looking at, upgrading from my 2BHK in Indirapuram. I'm trying to figure out if the premium for a completed project is justified. I hear so many stories about possession issues even with OC in hand. For those who bought in Acacia Valley, what was your actual possession experience like? Did you find any major discrepancies between the promised carpet area and what you actually got? I'm specifically concerned about efficient space usage, not just super built-up. Also, what are the real maintenance charges per month? I'm trying to calculate the total-cost because my current EMI is already a stretch. Any insights on hidden costs or things to double-check during final walkthroughs would be super helpful. Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything crucial before committing. Hope this helps someone else too.
Did some digging on Apex Acacia Valley, Ghaziabad. Fed up of renting, thinking of investing there. Kya iska capital appreciation forecast sahi hai? Builder ka track record to theek lag raha. What about actual rental yield, kitna expect kar sakte hain? Aur resale market, liquid hai kya? Investor ka ROI kya raha hai?
Okay, I'll be honest — finding a decent 3BHK for the family is way harder than I thought. We're looking at Apex Acacia Valley, it's completed. My main concern is if the actual floor plans are practical for a family with kids. Also, how's the daily life there? Are good schools and safe parks really close by for the children? Not sure if it's genuinely a good home or just looks good on paper.
Is Apex Buildcon Acacia Valley's brochure totally misleading on amenities? I'm upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK. The actual gym and clubhouse look nothing like the renders. Carpet area also felt way smaller than advertised. Did anyone else feel ripped off after possession? What are the real maintenance charges?
