AR ARB Gateway: Is the premium for daily livability worth it?

Honestly, upgrading from my 2BHK to a 3BHK is proving harder than I thought. AR ARB Gateway dekh raha hoon. Amenities list toh achhi hai, but real-world usage aur maintenance kaisa hai? Swimming pool aur gym genuinely useful hain ya bas show-off? Daily life mein kids ke liye kitna space hai? Community vibe kaisi hai? Is the price jump worth it for livability?
