Since last Diwali, I'm stuck between Mittal Rajnagar Residency and AR Domain. Mittal is ready, but AR is UC. For a 5-year investment, where do you guys see better appreciation and less risk? Builder ka track record bhi matter karta hai, right?

Ghaziabad — the total cost of ownership is so confusing. AR Domain mein ongoing ka risk hai, Mahagun Mascot mein maintenance charges ka. Kya real mein aur kitna lagta hai?

Existing property ki resale chal rahi hai, AR Domain Ghaziabad mein manageable flat dekh raha hoon. Kids moved out, don't need a big place. Honestly, AR Domain jaise projects brochure mein acche lagte hain. Carpet area efficiency ki baat karte hain, par actual space kam lagta hai, especially for a 2BHK. Everyone glorifies 'compact living', par koi nahi bolta kitna cramped feel hota hai. Society ka vibe not sure kitna friendly hoga. Elderly logon ke liye community important hai. Maintenance charges bhi pata nahi kitne honge. Are residents happy with AR Domain layouts? Change my mind.

Visited AR Domain last weekend, show flat was impressive. But actual daily living experience कैसा hai? Are amenities practical, or just for show? Society ka vibe friendly hai kya? Honestly not sure if it's genuinely good.

Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, yaar. Finally had enough of renting, looking to invest in Ghaziabad. Mera budget set hai aur loan bhi pre-approved hai. AR Domain mein investment ka soch raha hoon, it's an ongoing project in Ghaziabad. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Timelines follow karte hain ya delays common hain? Capital appreciation kitna expect kar sakte hain for a 2/3 BHK? Matlab, resale potential strong hai ya nahi long-term mein? Koi idea hai ki rental yield kya nikalta hai? Ghaziabad market mein is project ki liquidity kaisi hai? Jinhone invest kiya hai ya jinko Ghaziabad market ki better understanding hai, please share your thoughts. Should I go for it, ya koi hidden issues hain jo investors ko pata hone chahiye?
