Did a site visit to Architha Aarna last weekend, and honestly, the model flat looked amazing. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, already have a home loan. My main concern is the actual quality post-possession. Like, promised amenities vs delivered, you know? Is the clubhouse really usable ya just for show, or does it become a ghost facility? Aur construction quality ka kya scene hai after a year – cracks, seepage issues? Is the price jump for these "premium" features justified? Any tips for what to check during site visits for long-term quality? I'm trying to figure out if the extra EMI is worth it for these things. Hope this helps someone looking too.

₹60 lakh for a 2BHK in Bengaluru feels like a stretch now. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Architha Aarna under-construction hai, but SMD Altezz ready-to-move.
