Arsh Green Heights II

Everyone glorifies these 'affordable' completed projects, but Arsh Green Heights II's price range (₹11.75 L–₹26.88 L) makes me wonder. What's the real capital appreciation been like since launch? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Is this project just full of other investors, making rental yields and future resale a pipe dream? Change my mind.
