Is Ashiana Le Residency truly comfortable for daily living, not just on paper? My kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big house. I need something manageable, with good society and an elevator. What are the actual monthly maintenance charges there? Also, how close are good hospitals? Visiting the site, it looked promising, but you never know the real vibe until you live there, right? Any tips on verifying the society's community feel before buying? We're selling our current place soon.
