My possession for Ashley Estate Floors 5 was just two months ago, and honestly, the rental yield I'm seeing is way lower than expected. Builder ke projections bilkul match nahi kar rahe. For a 4.20 Cr property, I'm now worried about the actual capital appreciation potential. Is the resale market here liquid enough for a decent exit in 3-5 years? What's your ground reality on rental income and resale for similar properties in Gurugram?
