Watched this video on Ashtech Presidential Towers in Sector 12, Greater Noida West. They're pushing it as luxury 3 & 4 BHK apartments. The video touches on pricing, but honestly, I'm not sure if it's truly justified for that location and the amenities shown. It felt a bit steep. Does anyone else think the asking price is fair for what you get? How does it compare to other projects around there like Godrej Majesty or ACE in terms of value for money?

₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK is a big decision for my family. We're looking at Ashtech Presidential Towers (upcoming) versus Maxblis White House III (ready-to-move) in Noida Extension. Ashtech ka builder track record kaisa hai, will they deliver on time? Maxblis mein OC mil gaya hai kya? For kids' school and safety, ready-to-move sahi hai, but upcoming mein appreciation zyada milega?
