Hey Propmyna community, I've been keeping an eye on upcoming projects in Sohna, and ATS Homecraft Sanctury definitely caught my attention. As a genuine homebuyer, I'm always looking at the practical side, especially with the prices being quoted. With units ranging from ₹2.50 Cr to ₹3.68 Cr, and an average price of ₹14050 per sqft, one really has to consider what kind of space optimization we're getting. ATS Homekraft usually has a reputation for quality, and for a development on 13.07 acres with 734 units, I'm keen to see the actual floor plans. The RERA registration GGM/862/594/2024/89 is a good sign of legitimacy. My main focus is on how efficiently they've designed the layouts. For this price point, I would expect excellent carpet area efficiency, functional living spaces, good natural light, and ventilation. The configuration details are still awaited, but hopefully, ATS will deliver practical layouts that maximize usable space, not just super built-up area. This is crucial for daily living and making the most of your investment. For anyone considering this, my advice is to scrutinize the floor plans closely once they are released. Look beyond just the number of bedrooms and examine hallway widths, balcony sizes, and how well the kitchen and living areas flow for a comfortable lifestyle. Practicality beats grand promises every time.
Just watched a video about ATS Homekraft Sanctuary 105 on Dwarka Expressway. It shows those fully furnished studio apartments, apparently leased to a hotel chain for rental returns. They're part of the residential community, which is kinda neat. I'm wondering if this model really offers solid long-term appreciation, or if it's mostly about the rental yield. The video talks about flexible payments, but I'm more focused on capital growth. Does anyone think the pricing makes sense for a good investment here, especially with the location growth potential? Would love to hear if you've looked into it.
