ATS Le Grandiose Phase I mein carpet area aur super built-up ka difference bohot feel hua site visit pe. Is it just me, ya actual living space thoda cramped lagta hai compared to brochure? Also, maintenance charges kitne aate hain monthly? Sunte hain amenities ka cost kaafi add ho jaata hai. Koi actual figures bata sakta hai?
Did a site visit to ATS Le Grandiose Phase I last week. Kids have moved out, so I'm trying to downsize to a low-maintenance flat. But yaar, their quoted maintenance charges for a 3BHK are seriously high for a completed project. Brochure mein toh itna nahi bataya tha. Has anyone else felt misled on this? Matlab, itna kaise justify karein?
Noida Extension mein ATS Le Grandiose Phase I. Everyone glorifies its appreciation, but I'm based in Dubai and resale market looks slow. What's the *actual* rental yield here? Is it becoming a ghost society with too many investors? Change my mind.
Already have a 2BHK. Thinking of upgrading. Panchsheel Pratistha is ready to move, sahi hai. But ATS Le Grandiose price jump is crazy! Is the extra space worth it, yaar?
NS Express Avenue seems like a better deal, tbh. ATS Le Grandiose is quoting crazy rates, almost double! Is the carpet area really that much better to justify the price difference? Metro connectivity is similar for both. Plus, I'm hearing horror stories about high maintenance charges in ATS. My parents keep saying go for a 'reputed' builder, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. NS Express seems like better ROI. Disagree? Tell me why.
Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and thinking of upgrading. Has anyone compared ATS Le Grandiose Phase I with Unnati The Aranya Phase 1? Grandiose looks fancier, but is the price jump worth it, especially since Aranya is already completed? Carpet area efficiency matters a lot to me. Is Grandiose genuinely more spacious, or are we just paying for the brand? And what about the resale market for both? Confused!
