Bestech Altura's premium isn't justified for daily life.

Was supposed to decide by last month but Bestech Altura ka price dekh ke I'm still confused. Currently in a 2BHK, looking for a 3BHK. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas on paper? Amenities kitne functional hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is the premium justified for actual home life?
