Did a site visit to Bhartiya Nikoo Homes VI Phase 2 on Saturday and honestly, I'm feeling a bit cheated. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Marathahalli, looking to upgrade to a 3BHK, so the ₹51.66 L–₹1.69 Cr range fits. But the amenities shown in the brochure versus the reality on ground for an ongoing project are miles apart. The 'state-of-the-art' gym looked like an afterthought, and the pool area... it's just not what they marketed. Is the premium price tag justified for these amenities? And what about the actual carpet area? Builder sales reps usually inflate numbers. Is the price jump truly worth it? Already have a home loan, so har extra rupee counts. Anyone who bought here, did you face this misleading brochure issue? What's the maintenance like?
