Maintenance charges in BLF Nature Valley are seriously draining my pockets for nothing. I just got possession, aur itna high charge hai but service ke naam pe zero. Common area cleaning is barely done, security guards are always on their phone. Power backup bhi poore flat mein nahi milta, bas common areas. EMI ke saath yeh extra kharcha itna pinch kar raha hai. Is it just me or is this common with other Sohna projects too? Kya karein iska, any advice?
BLF Nature Valley mein actual resale market kitna active hai? Maine toh March mein possession liya tha, socha tha accha ROI milega. But ab lag raha hai capital appreciation hardly kuch hui hai, matlab hardly any price increase. Rental yield bhi utni nahi jitni brochure mein thi. Koi batao kya scene hai yahan? Iska resale market itna slow kyun hai? Aur meri exit strategy kya honi chahiye, 5 saal mein kaun lega from an investor? Bahut frustrated hoon honestly.
Moved into BLF Nature Valley two months back. Honestly, promised amenities vs delivered reality is shocking. Clubhouse ki photos kuch aur thi, reality mein bas ek bada hall. Construction quality bhi theek nahi, kitchen mein seepage already hai. Everyone glorifies Sohna projects but no one talks about this. Disagree? Tell me why.
Sohna is on my radar. Shapoorji Joyville's hidden charges are frustrating me. Total cost of ownership for these projects is so confusing. Is BLF Nature Valley's builder trust better, or will I face similar surprise costs? Ab samajh nahi aa raha.
