Is Lodha Kharadi P3's per sqft actually worth the premium over Bliss County Phase 2? I got possession of my flat in another society last month, and now planning for my parents. Lodha ka advertised rate high hai, but carpet area efficiency aur usable space kitna better hai? Bliss County looks affordable but rental potential aur future appreciation ka kya scene hai? Anyone has ground reality experience with either? Confused if the higher EMI for Lodha makes sense for better rentals. Need opinions.
Did a site visit to Devi Empress Court and Bliss County Phase 2 in Pune. Empress Court, ready possession, but the ₹4.67 Cr tag feels steep for the area. Bliss County Phase 2 is ongoing, ₹45-68L range, looks like a calculated risk. I'm weighing the total cost of ownership. Under-construction mein hidden charges aur possession delay ka scene rehta hai. For a 5-year appreciation, which one makes more sense? Experienced investors, what's your take on these two projects?
