Kids have moved out, so safety is a huge priority now. We're seeing different guards every week, visitor management is a joke, and half the cameras don't even work. What's the point of high maintenance charges if basic safety isn't there? Has anyone else in Sohna faced this? What did you do?

My lease ends in 3 months aur landlord ne rent 15% badha diya hai. Finally taking the plunge for a place in Sohna, fed up of renting. BPTP Floors Sector 70A dekh raha hu. Brochures mein toh sab green-green dikhta hai, bade-bade parks aur open spaces. But real mein possession ke baad kitna open area milta hai? Ya bas compact towers aur parking hi hoti hai? Honestly not sure. Also, clubhouse facilities ka kya scene hai? Swimming pool, gym, gaming rooms, they show it all. But are they actually maintained? Ya bas dikhaane ke liye hain, aur phir saalon tak band pade rehte hain? Koi experience share kar sakta hai? Don't want to buy something jahaan sirf concrete ho.
