Is that huge price difference justified for long-term appreciation? Rental potential kisme better lagta hai? Confused about the EMI vs rent math at these different price points. Any advice on which one is a better investment for a family moving in?

Is the extra cost of Sikka Karnam worth it? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Sikka's construction quality? I'm also thinking about ROI. Which one would give better returns in the long run?
