Buildiko Spring Woods

10 years renting in Bangalore, and I'm finally fed up. Landlord hiked rent again, so EMI vs rent math makes sense now. I'm looking at Buildiko Spring Woods, and their brochure shows amazing amenities, like a huge clubhouse and proper gym. But I've heard so many stories, yaar, ki actual possession pe sab adha-adhura hota hai. Friends told me about projects jahan swimming pool sirf dikhawa hota hai, ya kids' play area unsafe. Is it just me or do builders always over-promise? What's the reality with construction quality after a year? Cracks, seepage, fitting issues — common hai kya? Anyone bought from Buildiko or similar projects? How much difference was there between the brochure and actual delivery? Any advice for a first-time buyer?

Buildiko Spring Woods — I'm seriously eyeing this project for a long-term investment. Pre-launch mein prices kaafi low the, abhi ₹2.3 Cr se shuru ho raha hai. Is there still good capital appreciation potential left for an investor, ya peak ho gaya? Builder ka track record kaisa hai for timely delivery? I heard kuch past projects mein delays hue hain, but not sure about Spring Woods. Has anyone here had experience with Buildiko? And rental yield expectations kya hain once it's ready for possession? Long-term ROI ke liye dekh raha hoon, so ghost society risk ya high investor ratio ka issue toh nahi hoga na? Need genuine opinions.
