Not proud of this but I thought my real estate background would save me from common pitfalls. Ghaziabad mein property lena is a whole different ballgame, yaar. I'm looking at Chitransh Dream Homes Krishna Kunj, aur brochure mein jo amenities dikhate hain, woh real mein kitne milte hain? Site visits pe toh sab chamakta hai, but later on, seepage aur cracks ka problem common hai kya? As an investor, I know poor construction affects resale value badly, aur tenants bhi nahi milte. Clubhouse aur green areas, yeh sab sirf showpiece hote hain ya actually usable bhi hain? Maintenance costs bhi high ho jaate hain if quality isn't good. Kya kisi aur ne bhi Ghaziabad projects mein construction quality aur promised amenities ko lekar issues face kiye hain? What's your honest take?
