CHS Luxury Home — visited their site last week. I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Price jump worth it? Clubhouse facilities dikhane mein achhe hain, but log actually use karte hain kya? Maintenance fees jo hain, service uske barabar milti hai? Security guards kaise hain?

Okay, I'll say what no one says – CHS Luxury Home mein amenities ka promise sirf paper pe tha. Maintenance charges high but service zero. Tenant attract karna mushkil hoga. Change my mind.

Honestly, I'm already seeing hairline cracks at CHS Luxury Home, just 3 months after possession. Makes me question long-term maintenance costs and resale value. Anyone else experiencing this? Is this normal for new Delhi projects?
