Clove County jaisa projects mein construction quality kitni real hai? Brochure mein jo top-notch dikhta hai, woh after 1-2 saal seepage ya fitting issues mein convert hota hai kya? I'm in a 2BHK right now, planning to upgrade to a 3BHK as an investment, so resale value aur tenant attraction mere liye important hai. Premium amenities, jaise clubhouse ya sports facilities, kitne used hote hain ya sirf brochure pe ache lagte hain? Kya yeh amenities actually drive higher rent ya resale? Ya log baad mein just high maintenance charges pay karte hain for ghost facilities? Anyone with long-term experience in Noida Extension, especially Clove County, please share. Is the initial premium worth it?
Kya lagta hai Experion Clove County ke price pe? Just saw a video on their new launch in Noida Sector 151. They're quoting ₹16,000 per sq.ft. I'm eyeing a 3BHK around 2100 sqft. The 50,000 sqft clubhouse and semi-furnished interiors with Italian marble sound amazing. But this per sqft rate feels pretty high. Is this the new normal for luxury projects in Noida, ya thoda jyada hai?
Clove County, Sector 151 Noida ka yeh video dekha kya kisi ne? Bahut high-end 4/5 BHK dikha rahe hain, 4000+ sqft. Location bhi achhi lag rahi hai near Jewar Airport. But I'm a bit unsure about County Group. Unka track record kaisa hai? Past projects time pe deliver kiye hain kya? Construction quality kaisi hoti hai? Koi experience hai toh batao please.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – Clove County dekh raha hu. I'm a broker, so I know super area games. Real carpet area efficiency and livability kaisi hai? Possession experience bhi share karna, please.
Is Clove County just another 'luxury' project that's all show and no substance for daily living? I'm honestly fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge and Clove County ₹8 Cr+ range mein dikh raha hai. Upcoming project hai, toh thoda nervous hoon. Everyone glorifies the fancy amenities in brochures, but nobody talks about actual useability. Will the swimming pool actually work, or the gym equipment be decent after 6 months? What's the real story with its livability? Schools, markets, hospitals nearby? Or will it be a daily struggle for basic needs? Honestly, EMI vs rent math is pushing me, but I need real talk. Disagree? Tell me why.
