Current price ₹54L-₹57.34L seems okay, but resale potential kitna hai? Rental income EMI cover karega kya? Long-term ROI ka kya scene hai?
Construction quality in many new Pune projects is a huge red flag for investors. Codename Parivar mein, I'm concerned about long-term maintenance costs eating into ROI. Are the promised amenities like the clubhouse actually maintained well? Or just a white elephant adding to monthly charges? Need ground reality checks.
Honestly, I'm feeling quite frustrated with this whole property search in Pune. Kids have moved out, so we just need a manageable 2BHK. I was looking at Codename Parivar, seems affordable, but it's under-construction. I'm really worried about delays and hidden charges, heard builders ask for extra PLC last minute. Balaji Metro Jazz is ready, but yaar, the price difference is massive. Is RTM peace of mind worth paying so much more? What's the real total cost for under-construction projects like Parivar, including all those surprise charges? Any experiences?
