Cyrus Vivanta

Under-construction projects always make me nervous, honestly, especially with smaller builders. Cyrus Vivanta looks okay at ₹40L, but I can't find much on their delivery track record. Will they actually finish on time? Is there any real capital appreciation left here?

Already have a home loan for my 2BHK in South Delhi and planning to upgrade to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. Cyrus Vivanta looks decent, ongoing hai, but Altura Safdarjung Enclave ke luxury builder floors ka price point kaafi high hai, honestly not sure if I can swing it. Is that premium justifiable for Altura, considering it's upcoming and the possession risk? Total cost of ownership, including all those hidden charges, kitna differ karega? And for a 5-year view, which one makes a better investment?
